Terms & Conditions
1. Booking and Reservation
1.1 Deposit Requirement
To secure a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking.
1.2 Full Payment
Full payment of the total tour price must be received no later than 7 weeks before the scheduled commencement of the travel services.
1.3 Booking Cancellation
Altiora LLC reserves the right to cancel any booking if full payment is not received by the specified date.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
2.1 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing, and cancellation fees will apply as follows:
- 60 days or more before departure: Loss of the deposit
- 30-59 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price
- 29 days or less before departure: 100% of the total tour price
2.2 Unused Services or Partially Completed Trips
No refunds will be provided for unused services or trips that are only partially completed.
2.3 Cancellation by Altiora LLC
In the event that Altiora LLC must cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative tour or a full refund will be offered.
3. Changes to Itinerary
3.1 Right to Modify Itinerary
Altiora LLC reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, political unrest, or other force majeure events.
3.2 Modification of Services
Changes may be made to accommodations, transportation, and activities as needed. Any significant changes will be communicated to the Traveler as soon as possible.
3.3 Traveler’s Option in Case of Changes
If an itinerary change is made by Altiora LLC, Travelers will have the option to accept the modified itinerary or request a full refund.
4. Travel Insurance
4.1 Recommendation to Purchase Travel Insurance
It is strongly recommended that all Travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
4.2 Traveler’s Responsibility for Insurance
Travelers are responsible for understanding the terms, coverage, and limitations of their insurance policies. Altiora LLC is not liable for any expenses incurred that are not covered by the Traveler's insurance.
5. Responsibility and Liability
5.1 Agency as Agent
Altiora LLC acts as an agent for various third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators) and is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property resulting from the services provided by these suppliers.
5.2 Travel Documents
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess the necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, health certificates, and any other required documentation.
5.3 Changes by Third-Party Suppliers
In the event of changes made by third-party suppliers, Altiora LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives. However, Altiora LLC is not liable for any dissatisfaction or issues arising from such changes.
6. Health and Safety
6.1 Health Precautions
Travelers are advised to check with their healthcare provider for any required vaccinations or health precautions before traveling, particularly to Morocco.
6.2 Responsibility for Health-Related Issues
Altiora LLC is not responsible for any health-related issues or medical emergencies that may arise during the trip.
6.3 Medical Conditions or Dietary Requirements
Travelers are responsible for notifying Altiora LLC of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements that may impact their ability to participate in planned activities.
7. Governing Law
7.1 Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco.
7.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Morocco.
8. Acceptance of Terms
8.1 Booking Confirmation
By making a booking with Altiora LLC, the Traveler acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
8.2 Group Bookings
In the event of multiple Travelers booking together, the person making the booking accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of all individuals included in the booking.
